We are rescheduling the production maintenance originally set for January 25. The new date for this update is Sunday, March 8, 2026 20:00 MT - 23:59 MT. Why the change? During our recent validation testing, we observed unexpected behavior in a small subset of traffic. Because this didn't meet our standards for production reliability, we decided to postpone the migration to ensure a seamless transition for all clients and partners. Current Service Status * No Impact to Services: All services remain fully operational and stable. * Continued Security: Your connections are still fully protected by our current Web Application Firewall (WAF) on the existing MX edge. * Allow-listing: If you have already updated your allow-lists to include the new IP addresses, no further action is needed at this time. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and reliability as we move toward PCI DSS v4.0.1 compliance. We appreciate your patience as we ensure this transition is handled correctly.
