Description

Partners, This maintenance event is the rescheduled event from the previously planned for Site Switch which was originally scheduled for October 12th. MX postponed the October 12th maintenance window due to hurricane Milton impacts and our commitment to ensuring availability for our clients and customers. MX utilizes multiple data centers in our production environment and we perform a yearly rotation between which data center is Live and which data center is the Disaster Recovery (DR) site. On Saturday, November 2 2024 at 19:00 MT, MX will be promoting the existing DR data center site to become the live production site. During this time, new traffic will be redirected to the newly promoted data center while the previously live data center completes any remaining requests or sessions and then assumes a DR status. This Scheduled Maintenance event is expected to impact production services sporadically throughout the maintenance time window. We are working diligently to reduce the risk of any potential impacts and as always, we encourage our partners to ensure that they have their most recent IP Addresses whitelisted as new requests will be serviced from alternate IP Addresses. To access the most recent IP List, please login to the MX Developer Portal (https://developer.mx.com/intro/#authentication-and-security-mx-ip-address-ranges) and view the list of IP’s there.
