Description

Partners, As part of our ongoing security process, on Friday, August 15th, 2025, at 11:00 AM Mountain Time, MX will be performing the annual change of the public TLS/SSL server-side certificate used when responding to requests you or your online banking provider make to our platform/API. MX updates this certificate on a yearly basis, and the process can take up to 2 hours. In almost all cases, this update will not require changes on your end or impact your users, as these changes are routine and most integrations will automatically use the new TLS/SSL certificate. However, in some cases, you may have chosen to pin or only accept the existing/expiring certificate. Pinning a public certificate is not very common, but if your organization has our current certificate pinned, that will need to be updated to avoid interruption. Pinning a public certificate is not very common, but if your organization has our current certificate pinned, that will need to be updated to avoid interruption. If you need new certificates for your integration, please follow your standard support procedure to obtain them. Some examples of the hostnames used on our platform that will have new public certificates are: api.moneydesktop.com, data.moneydesktop.com, live.moneydesktop.com, and widgets.moneydesktop.com Overall Risk of Change: Low Rollback Plan: Revert back to existing certificate, examine breakpoints, and reschedule rollout. Warm regards, The MX Team

Description

Dear Partner, This message requires your immediate attention if your organization uses IP address allow-listing for communications with MX. To enhance the MX security program and continued compliance with PCI DSS v4.0.1, MX will conduct two scheduled maintenance windows as follows: October 19, 2025 at 8 PM to 9 PM Mountain Time for validation testing the Production environment and updating the Integration environment for the IP Address changes. Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 8 PM to 11:59 PM Mountain Time, to migrate inbound and outbound web traffic to the new IP addresses. What You Need to Do by October 19, 2025: Review your current allow-lists for MX. Add the following IP addresses to your allow-lists: MX Destination Single IP: 146.75.94.131/32  -1 address 146.75.94.131 (If you allow-list the MX API IP Address then then this update is required)) MX Source IP Address Range: 66.43.0.0/22  -1022 addresses from 66.43.0.1 to 66.43.3.254 ( IF you receive data from MX, and have IP allow-listing for MX source IPs then this update is required) (This update is required for future cloud and data center integrations later this year, impacting where traffic is sent to and from the MX Platform) Important Notes: After the maintenance planned for October 26, requests to the old IP addresses will fail. This update follows our communication from April 16, 2025, regarding the postponement of the originally planned IP migration on May 4, 2025. For a complete and current list of MX IP address ranges, please visit: MX IP Address Ranges – MX Docs at docs.mx.com/api-reference/platform-api/overview/#mx-ip-address-ranges . If you have questions on this notification, please follow your standard support protocols. We appreciate your prompt attention to this critical update to help ensure uninterrupted access to MX services. Warm regards, The MX Team
